User Code of Conduct

Applicability

This Code of Conduct applies to all user interactions on Nackadoo.com, Nackadoo Casino, and any Extension Sites (as defined in our Terms of Service). Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Non-compliance is a material breach of the Terms and may result in suspension, cancellation, or termination of your account and access.

1. Follow the Law

Use our Services in accordance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

2. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not post, upload, or distribute any content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Be Respectful

Refrain from harmful, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or hateful language or behavior toward any individual or group.

4. Protect Minors

Do not engage in, facilitate, or promote child solicitation, grooming, or any predatory behavior.

5. Secure Your Account

Keep your login credentials and private keys confidential. Do not transfer, sell, or share your account or password with anyone.

6. No Cheating or Exploits

Do not use bots, cheats, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with others' experiences.

7. No Market Manipulation

Refrain from deceptive or manipulative trading practices (e.g., wash trading, insider trading, pump-and-dump) involving any tokens, NFTs, or virtual items.

8. No Real-World Incentives

Do not offer cash or off-platform rewards to influence gameplay, user actions, or community participation.

9. No Hacking or Disruption

Do not attempt to hack, phish, DDOS, or in any way disrupt or damage our systems, data, or user accounts.

10. No Impersonation

Do not impersonate Grefuga Studios LLC, its staff, or other users, and do not misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or endorsements.

11. Teamwork & Reporting

Do not assist or encourage others in violating this Code. If you witness a breach, please use the "Report Abuse" feature on the site or contact support@grefuga.com.

Enforcement

Grefuga Studios LLC reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or terminate any account or access, without notice, for violations of this Code of Conduct, our Terms of Service, or our Privacy Policy.
